Welcome to YogaVandana!

Yoga is to be performed during the early hours of the day around sunrise. However, given our hectic lifestyles this is not always possible. In our effort to create an opportunity for everyone to have access to a healthy lifestyle, YogaVandana offers two classes every weekend. You can choose between a morning class and an evening class depending upon your preference and convenience. Classes run for an hour and 15 minutes, and include stretching, postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama) and relaxation.
