Yoga is to be performed during the early hours of the day around sunrise. However, given our hectic lifestyles this is not always possible. In our effort to create an opportunity for everyone to have access to a healthy lifestyle, YogaVandana offers classes on the weekend. You will feel rejuvenated after an early morning class and will have more energy to take on the day. Classes run for an hour and 15 minutes and include stretching, postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama) and relaxation.
